FRIENDS of Newcombes Surgery raised £252 at a recent Coffee Morning which was held at the New Valley Surgery in Crediton.

There were a number of items for sale including hand-knitted goods including jumpers, hats, scarves and baby blankets as well as soft toys and dolls.

There was also a tombola and a Christmas Hamper Draw.

The Friends of Newcombes Surgery would like to thank everyone who supported the morning, either by turning up, donating a prize or buying a ticket for the draw.

The Friends would like to extend special thanks to many of the stallholders from the Crediton Farmers’ Market who, once again, donated some lovely prizes for the draw.

A recent Community Draw, held at the New Valley Surgery, by the Friends raised £400.

All the money raised will be used to buy equipment which will benefit the patients of the surgery.
