FREE English Lessons in Crediton start with the new school year from Wednesday, September 18 in Ashton’s Cafe at 7.30pm and the Community Rooms of Crediton Fire Station every Thursday, from 10am, following school year terms.

Crediton International Social and Cultural Organisation (CISCO) started the lessons in May 2012 to help migrant workers and their families (as well as members of international families) in our area to improve their English knowledge and communication skill.

Since its creation in 2009 CISCO aims to support migrants in Crediton and the surrounding area in a practical way encouraging them not to oppose but to integrate into the host community.

Natalia said she would like “Courier” readers to help spread information about the free English Lessons to “help more people in Crediton and the surrounding area to change their life for the better, to make our community even more friendly and safer through understanding and sharing experience.”
