FIRE crews from Crediton and Danes Castle, Exeter, attended a report of a domestic property on fire at Union Terrace, Crediton, at about 12 noon on Thursday, March 29.

On arrival, crews confirmed a small fire involving floor boards and power tools, which was out prior to the arrival of fire crews.

Crews investigated the rest of the property to check for fire or heat spread.

The cause of the fire was deemed accidental.
