NORTH TAWTON WI welcomed a very special surprise guest, Father Christmas, at its Christmas Party.

Members enjoyed a festive tea and some party games including “Pin the Tail on the Donkey” (it’s been a few decades since members had had a go at that).

Then it was time to find out if our ladies had been very good all year - and it would seem they had as Father Christmas had a surprise gift for everyone!

Luckily he was happy to pose for a photograph with President Jan Gray and Vice President Hilary Edwards before he clambered back onto his sleigh which had been double parked outside North Tawton Bowling Club.
