FAMILY fun can be had in the Arboretum at Newton St Cyres from 5.30pm to 9pm on Saturday, June 15.
The Mid-Summer Fest in the delightful surroundings of the Arboretum will include acting by Mummers and a series of musical performances provided by Crediton Arts Centre.
There will be games and competitions for children and some forest crafts will be demonstrated.
Those attending are invited to take along their own picnic and drinks and enjoy this special event at a special location.
Children will be admitted free-of-charge, but there is a charge of £5 for adults.
It is suggested that those attending use the Parish Hall Car Park and make the short walk to the Arboretum behind the Church.
The Fest is being organised jointly by the Friends of Newton Arboretum, the Crediton Arts Centre, Newton St Cyres Church and the Parish Hall.
The event will be held in the Parish Hall if wet.
