MOTORISTS are advised that with effect from Friday, October 25 to Monday, October 28, South West Highways Ltd will be undertaking night-time highway maintenance works on the A377 in Exeter Road, Crediton.

The affected A377 work will be from the Well Parks roundabout in a westerly direction for a distance of 850 metres and also the C310 from Station Cross in a southerly direction for a distance of 100 metres.

There are likely to be periods of time during each night that the road will be closed. At other times, temporary traffic lights will be in place and to reduce traffic speeds to enable the work to be completed safely, quad bikes will be used.

The works will take place between 7pm and 7am each evening.

County Cllr Nick Way has asked that early morning buses be allowed through to enable people to catch trains or get to work and this has been agreed by SWH Ltd.
