TWO sets of road works are likely to affect users of the A377 between Crediton and Exeter next week.

Works are to be carried out on behalf of Devon County Council to re-align the kerb at the Tesco/Link Road roundabout at Wellparks on the eastern side of Crediton.

There will not be any road closure or traffic control lights, however, the second lane at the entry to the eastbound (Exeter bound), side of the roundabout will be encroached upon and effectively closed.

This will leave just the one lane open on the approach to the roundabout.

There will also be works carried out on behalf of South West Water at St Andrews Lane, Cowley, which will entail traffic control lights and a lane closure that will cause problems between Langford Bridge and Cowley Bridge.
