THE wonderfully talented Crediton Town Band continues its busy summer schedule and its next outing will be an Evening in the Square on Friday, June 27.
The band will play for anyone who would like to attend in Crediton Town Square from 6.30pm.

The advice is to take along a chair as the tables are expected to fill up quickly.
Expect a wide range of music, with tunes to suit all.
Donations will be invited in aid of band charities during the evening.
On Sunday, June 15, the band presented an Afternoon of Music in the Square, which was greatly enjoyed by those who went along.
Crediton Town Band is a great asset to the town and area, it is a non-contesting brass band which concentrates on playing concerts and community events throughout the year.

The Band meets for rehearsal most Thursday evenings from 7.30pm to 9.30pm at Hayward’s Primary School.
Iorwerth Pugh is the Musical Director with President Paul Evans and Chairman Chris Richards.
New players (particularly Cornets) are welcome to join if prepared to join in and double-up on parts where the band needs extra resilience for engagements.
In addition to the Evening in the Square, the Band has a number of engagements which people might like to attend.

A recent appearance by the band included Songs of Praise with Crediton Churches Christians Together in Newcombes Meadow, Crediton.
