ON Sunday, December 10, the Crediton Singers choir will perform for a Christmas Concert at Crediton Methodist Church on Union Road.

"It's going to be a fantastic Christmas concert," says Diane Cummings of the Crediton Singers. "The choice of music has never been better, or more varied, but we still have our Musical Director Tim Matthews."

She added: “This year the choir's chosen charity is Prostate Cancer Research as Tim had a battle with the disease and came through. So we're celebrating Christmas and the growth and continuation of a community choir that welcomes everyone.”

The event will start at 4pm. Admission is free, with donations to the chosen charity taken during the concert.

She concluded: “There are seasonal songs, readings, solos and there will be a chance for the audience to join in. We're offering refreshments too. So we invite everyone to come along and enjoy themselves.”
