THE Bookery is delighted to welcome Sunday Times bestselling author Harriet Evans to celebrate the paperback publication of her compelling new novel, The Treasures, the first book in her much anticipated Sevenstones Trilogy. Harriet will be in conversation with novelist, academic and musician Ellen Wiles at 7pm on Thursday, July 23 for an evening exploring family, memory and the enduring pull of the places we call home.
Rich, immersive and sweeping across generations and continents, The Treasures weaves a powerful story of love, loss and buried secrets. From the orchards of New England and bohemian Manhattan to post‑war Notting Hill and the mysterious house of Sevenstones, Evans creates a vivid and transporting world where the past lingers and long hidden truths shape the present. At its heart lies a deeply moving exploration of belonging, identity and the ties that bind families together across time.
