THE Crediton Singers are putting the Sea into the Season!

On Saturday, July 18, the choir, with pianist Roger Stephenson, will be performing a programme of songs of sea and summer at St Lawrence Chapel, Crediton.

Featuring music including the 13th century round ‘Summer is icumen in’, traditional songs and shanties, music hall favourite ‘Beside the Sea’, The Flying Pickets and ‘La Mer’, there is something for everyone!

Beginning at 3pm, The Crediton Singers’ performance will last an hour, and will be followed by refreshments in St Lawrence Chapel’s beautiful, secluded garden. There is no admission fee, and no tickets are required, however donations would be welcome in aid of St Lawrence Chapel and the Crediton Food Bank.
