SUSTAINABLE Crediton’s Green Fair will take place in the Town Square in Crediton this Saturday, September 24.

It will run from 11am to 2pm and all are invited to attend.

Sustainable Crediton will have displays about the Community Larder whose volunteers will also be serving a range of home-made soups.

It will also have displays about its pollinator project, woodland management group, community allotment, information about green banking, tips on sustainable living, seed sharing, tree planting, lift sharing and more about what Sustainable Crediton does.

It will also be hosting Orchards Live, Devon Wildlife Trust, The Bike Shed, Crediton Garden Club, Newton St Cyres Environment and Well-being Group, the smoothie bike, The Turning Tides Project, community energy information and live music.

There will also be an opportunity for people to update the group’s “Wish Tree”, on which hang messages to Mel Stride, the MP for Central Devon.
