CREDITON Youth Workers are excited to offer a series of summer sessions, specifically aimed at young people starting secondary school in September.

The programme, which begins on July 26, will include team games, obstacle courses, graffiti and dj-ing sessions, scavenger hunts and much more.

The aim of the summer sessions is to bring young people together and start building relationships, help with transition into a secondary school and to build on the creation of the youth service within Crediton.

Crediton Town Council Youth Worker Rich Martin said: “I am really excited to be delivering this programme of work over the summer and thinking about what a youth club will look like with the young people that attend these sessions.”

The sessions will be held at Queen Elizabeth School’s Barnfield site on Monday, July 26, Monday, August 2, Monday, August 9, Monday, August 23 and Tuesday, August 31, between 11am and 4pm.
