DOZENS of people went along to Crediton and Area Vintage Farmers Group’s summer party on Thursday, September 4.

The evening event was held at Mole Avon Country Stores’ Crediton branch, where members enjoyed catching up with friends, a generous spread of food and a quiz.

The group for retired or semi-retired farmers first met at the Red Deer pub in Crediton on April 16, 2024.

It was founded by local charity Involve Mid Devon and is supported by the Farming Community Network.

The group meets regularly at local venues and enjoys meals, talks and presentations.
