I AM a student at QE School and I would like to make a complaint to the principal Mr Poole.
I think that he doesn’t care about children who need extra help in school.
The principal has decided to get rid of a lot of the extra help staff.
He is only going to have 12 one-to-one and extra help members of staff in the school including QE Upper and Lower.
A lot of students would agree and as we have just had Autism Week in school and we raised money for charity and now he is going to get rid of the needed members of staff that we need for some students.
In Autism Week they even told us that there is at least 30 students at QE that need extra help, and now they are doing this, and that is only for autism.
I think that they could just fire a person that they don’t need that much that gets high pay. For example a senior member of staff.
This would more than pay for the members of staff that are going to lose their jobs.
It is a good thing that they want to support Autism Week but it’s like they have rejected the idea of helping the children that need extra help.
