By kind permission of many shops and businesses, postal boxes and stamp buying facilities were available from mid November until just before Christmas.
The post boxes were located at various shops and businesses and the service charged just 25p for each Christmas card delivered in the town.
After December 19 all the cards were sorted by George, Tracy and Debbie and then delivered by the Scouts, Beavers, Cubs, Leaders and some parents.
Debbie Richards, on behalf of Crediton Scouts, said the service was another great success and raised £245.90 for Scout funds.
