The show, which is being staged by Crediton Society CODS, features contemporary songs and music performed as a tribute to all those who gave up so much during the First World War.
It includes many members of the local community and tells the story of the First World War through the eyes of people from the Crediton area.
The Hayward’s Class of 1916 in the play is made up of children from Hayward’s, Landscore, Queen Elizabeth’s and Chulmleigh Schools.
The show has been a hit with audiences, described as an “emotional rollercoaster” by some and performed by talented local people.
The show is being staged as a part of Credfest 2019.
Admission is just £10 for adults and £5 for students/16 and under and tickets for tonight’s performance can be obtained at the door.
