THE sun shone brightly in Meadow Gardens in Crediton recently as the Crediton Fundraising Group of Exeter Leukaemia Fund held a plant stall in aid of ELF.
The plants are generously donated by local gardening enthusiast Wynn Headon from Copplestone.
On this occasion, the group raised in excess of £245 and with the previous £300 raised at a similar plant sale, Committee members and volunteer helpers were delighted with their mornings efforts!
Thanks were expressed to all who bought plants or gave donations to support ELF.
• ELF is a registered charity providing vital support to patients with blood cancer and other disorders, who attend the Haematology Centre at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital (RD&E).
