A DIY evening proved to be most enjoyable for Crediton Flower Club members at their February meeting.

A varied interpretation of the title “take three blooms” was produced with each member creating different arrangement styles, all beautifully reflecting the talent within the club.

An arrangement of yellow roses, pussy willow, bergenia and laurel leaves proved to be the most popular with members.

To bring a lovely evening to an end, members were served with tea/coffee and birthday cake which was presented earlier to David Nunn on his birthday.

The next meeting will be on Thursday, March 10, at the Boniface Centre at 7.15pm when Gretchen White will give a demonstration entitled “Glorious Gardens”.
