THE “Christmas Cracker” event held at Crediton Methodist Church on Saturday, December 3 was a great success and there was a real buzz in the people who attended.

There were Christmas table flower decorations, knitted items, preserves and chutneys, stocking fillers, a raffle and people could make snowmen out of icing.

Tea and coffee and mince pies and homemade soup lunches were very popular.

The great sum of £532.20 was raised and thanks go to all who attended and helped. Thanks also to Crediton Morrisons and Adams Home Hardware for raffle prizes.
