REPRESENTATIVES from support groups and agencies attended an Epilepsy Awareness Day held at the Boniface Centre in February.
Organised by Eve Kingdom, she said the theme was transforming lives to empower, learn more and provide an information update.
There were stands to do with every day living including Crediton Food Bank, Mid Devon District Council, Crediton Town Council Youth Service and Crediton Police.
Eve provided an art table for children and refreshments were available.
There were many leaflets available for people to take away about epilepsy, Eve adding that she hoped the event helped to update people on their knowledge about the topic.
She said that the Epilepsy Society was there to support, improve lives and encourage confidence and let people have a voice.
