CREDITON Army Cadet Force Detachment held their Annual Inspection Awards evening on Monday, April 23 at the ACF Hut in Charlotte Street.

A number of awards and promotions were presented by Corporal Aimee Mitchell, Deputy Commandant Devon ACF.

Basic Complete certificates were awarded to Cadet Martin, Cadet Cleverdon and Cadet Jackson.

Two Star Complete certificates were awarded to Cadet Cooke, Cadet Mills, Cadet Pleece-Drake and Cadet Waycott.

Sergeant Cook received a Four Star Complete certificate and SCIC Badge.

Duke of Edinburgh Bronze awards were presented to Corporal Fairchild, Cadet Turner, Cadet Mills, Cadet Cooke and Cadet Pleece-Drake.

Sergeant Stubbs was promoted from corporal to sergeant and Staff Sergeant Cook was promoted from Sergeant to Staff Sergeant.

The Mayor’s Cadet Handover was from Sergeant Cook to Cadet Cooke.

The Best Turned Out Cadet Award was presented to Cadet Cooke.

The most prestigious award of the evening was the Jamie Fleming Award for Cadet of the Year and was presented to Cadet Edwards.
