BUILDING on the success of last year’s introductory Landlord Networking event, Mid Devon District Council is holding its second event aimed at improving private rented accommodation.
If you own a rental property business within Mid Devon, this worthwhile event will help you to be more aware of your legal obligations and ensure that your tenants have access to good quality, well managed and safe rental accommodation.
A keynote address will be given by the UK’s most recognised lifestyle and property presenter Amanda Lamb, along with workshops covering legislation in relation to private rented accommodation from Arden Chambers, and property tax from Peplows Accountants.
The Department of Work and Pensions will also be present to provide an update on Universal Credit specifically for landlords.
Whether you are just starting out, have a small number of buy-to-lets or a considerable property portfolio, you will be sure to benefit by attending this FREE event.
Book your place now and join other local property owners at the luxury country house hotel Paschoe House near Bow, between 4pm and 9pm on Wednesday, September 19 for a chance to Network with like-minded people, benefit from free talks, learn about the development and management of rental properties, browse a selection of stands and get professional advice from industry-related businesses.
