MID Devon District Council has announced that the Westexe Park and Newcombes Meadow paddling pools are to close for the end of the season after this Sunday, September 10.

The council said: “We hope everyone enjoyed making a splash and stayed cool in the summer heat while they were open.

“We can’t wait to see you again when they open next year.”
