NOW into its fifth year, Create Storage, which is located at the Westward Business Centre of Mill Street in Crediton, has some exciting plans for 2017.

Currently Create Storage offers indoor, ground level self-storage units for domestic and business use alongside caravan, motorhome and boat storage at its purpose-built self-storage facility. In the near future, there are plans to increase the storage facilities and services that are available to customers.

Create Storage was started five years ago, by James Janion, supported in the outset by his mother, Catherine, and sister, Jo.

The family-run business has the benefit of being run by a small but really focused team.

James said he has been fortunate to attract the likes of Lauren Cook and, more recently Liam Lowey to help run the day-to-day activities on the ground.

Create Storage prides itself on its customer service and added that from the days of seeing only one or two people calling in, it now has people coming and going from the site all day long.

James added: “The site is really starting to provide a service to businesses in the area, allowing greater flexibility and agility, allowing firms to grow without incurring massive overheads and being able to reduce this overhead should they need to.

“Our staff have also assisted people with all sorts of different needs, from local school boarders who needed storage during holidays to people looking for that little bit of breathing space whist they refurbish or undertake home improvements.

Create Storage is fully protected by CCTV, alarm and smoke detection and is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm and on Saturdays from 9am to 3pm.
