CREDITON International Social Cultural Organisation (CISCO) received a very kind donation from a Crediton resident Claire Duthie on Tuesday, September 1.

Natalia Letch, CISCO Advisor, met Claire at a coffee morning in the Boniface Centre where she enjoyed a lovely conversation with her and others at CISCO’s regular event.

Earlier, in November 2019, Claire took part in CISCO’s Food Memory event in the Crediton Arts Centre, where she gave a presentation about her favourite food

Claire was happy to share with members her ideas of British food and take part in the International food tasting.

Natalia explained: "Claire was happy to hear that her donation will cover the cost of the New Valley Practice GP’s report which CISCO required to support an Employment Tribunal case of a Crediton migrant worker whom CISCO is going to represent in Bristol.

"On behalf of our all volunteers’ organisation and our Advice Centre’s clients I want to say a huge THANK YOU to Claire!"
