BABES, toddlers and adults enjoyed a Christmas Party and a short service at the Boniface Centre in Crediton on Thursday, December 16.

The Babes and Toddlers group, which usually meet on a Thursday between 2pm and 2.30pm at the Boniface Centre, is run by Antonia Tregenza, the wife of the Rector of Crediton Parish Church, Rev Matthew Treganza.

During the party the little ones spent some time playing with toys, while the adults watched and chatted.

Everyone joined in with the Carol singing and an action story read by Antonia.

The children were excited when Father Christmas arrived and gave each one a present. The afternoon finished with a party tea.

The group received a cheque for £60 from Jim Thatcher, proprietor of Once Read Once Loved from the sale of goods donated to the bookshop.
