NORTH Creedy Choral Society will hold its Christmas Concert at Crediton Methodist Church on Saturday, December 5 at 7.30pm.

The choir will be conducted by their musical director, Richard Stephens, and accompanied, on the piano, by Susan Gales.

The programme will include Schubert’s Mass in G and Come Ye Sons of Art by Henry Purcell (an Ode for the Birthday of Queen Mary in 1694).

There will also be seasonal readings and music including carols both old and less well-known.

Entry is £5 (half price for children) and includes mince pies.>
