CHILDREN from Mrs Smith and Mrs Clark’s classes at Hayward’s Primary School, Crediton, presented the Foundation Team’s Christmas play “A Present for the Baby.”

The performance focused on: “It is not the size or the cost of a gift that matters – it is the love in our hearts, and how we express it, that makes people happy.”

As well as the usual nativity characters of Mary, Joseph, shepherds, angels, donkeys and sheep, there were also some more unusual animals including camels, chickens and elephants.
