A NEW shop has opened in The Creedy Centre, Crediton, much to owner Sarah Luxton’s delight, as she has been hoping to have a more static base for her clothing business for sometime.
The Kirton Clothing Company started up in April 2015 and since then Sarah has attended various events across the South West exhibiting her “Vintage-style” range of ladies’ wear.
The response has been very promising and Sarah has found there is a growing interest in this style of clothing.
The dresses, skirts and tops are all made in London by Lady Vintage and Collectif, and come in sizes eight to 22.
The Kirton Clothing Company will not be restricted to just one style however, as a new range of dresses made of organic cotton and bamboo has been added and Sarah plans to expand this collection in 2016.
Sarah will only buy from manufacturers who make their clothes in the UK or are certified as Fair Trade, as she wants to ensure that her customers are getting top quality garments, made ethically and at affordable prices.
Also available next year will be a small selection of Bridalwear, which Sarah hopes will be ready to display in January.
Over the next few weeks there will be a Special Celebration Sale when customers who buy two or more items will receive a £5 gift voucher.
Whilst there, customers can also pick up a Loyalty Card and receive further free gifts.
The Kirton Clothing Company can be found on the Upper Floor of The Creedy Centre at 117 High Street, Crediton, EX17 3LG.
