HELEN Githiomi started her career as a healthcare practitioner more than 39 years ago as a physiotherapist within the NHS and the private sector.

Early on in her career and particularly during the period of her own life whilst making a full recovery from rheumatoid arthritis, she recognised the importance of addressing the individual on every level of their being.

Helen says: "Our health and wellbeing plays a critical role in the quality of our lives and all our accomplishments, so we need to recognise the importance of keeping ourselves well.

"Not just being free from ‘disease’ but being in a complete state of mental, physical and social wellbeing."

Helen Githiomi aims to empower her clients by sharing her knowledge of the physical body, the mind/body link and our spiritual nature.

This means working with her clients on all levels; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

She now works with a variety of techniques, some physical, some purely energy techniques, that recognize the multifaceted and multi dimensional beings that we are.
