FOR the last 20 years the Rotary Club of Crediton has held a Burns Night on or near January 25.

This year it will be held on the anniversary of Robbie Burns’ birthday, on January 25, at the Waie Inn, Zeal Monachorum, at 7pm for 7.30pm.

Led in by Piper Ray Couch, Mike Boyle will address the haggis.

The traditional toasts and speeches will follow during the four-course dinner and guest speaker will be Sir Neil Butterfield. The principal items on the menu will be sourced from Scotland.
