CHRISTINE and Sam Chandler will be opening their woods at Chenson Farm, Chenson, near Lapford on Sunday, May 1 and Bank Holiday Monday, May 2, from 2pm to 6pm.
Walks of various length can be taken through the woods to see the bluebells and some spectacular countryside.
Entrance will be £1.50 per person (free for under 5’s) and as usual, the money donated for cream teas will go for the churches’ work with young people in the area including through Connect.
A donation will be made afterwards to Amigos, a charity which supports young people in Uganda. Some African crafts will be for sale.
There will also be a sale of art by local artists Pam Cox and Pauline Nott.
