AN enchanting tale written specially for Yeoford and Cheriton Bishop Schools by their music tutor, Richard Miners of Mid Devon Music, told the story of the Nativity in an up-to-date way with the tv camera on the spot.

“Bethlehem News” was the story, its on-the-spot reporters trying to interview people who were far too excited to stop to talk.

Even the weather girl was in on the action. Many of the very good costumes had been donated by a local couple, others were made. The show was presented on one night, the PTA providing the refreshments.
