A CREDITON man who claims noise coming from a factory in Crediton is keeping him and his wife awake at night is continuing with his campaign to get a peaceful night's sleep.

Mackenzie Moulton of Blagdon Terrace says noise from the Milk Link site, including from the boilers at the factory, is a problem.

He said the noise issue started in November 2010 and not satisfied with responses from Milk Link, has sought compensation from the company.

The company is reported to have lagged the boiler following his complaint.

Mr Moulton claims the noise has increased in recent weeks and he has rekindled his campaign.

He is now keeping a record of noise as future evidence.

While Mr Moulton continues his campaign, other local residents say that there is little night-time noise from the factory and they have a good night's sleep.

The Milk Link site is a major employer locally.
