THE last specific fund-raising event in support of the Holy Cross Crediton Campaign Roof Appeal for 2019 takes place at the Boniface Centre on Monday, November 4.

The organisers are delighted to be able to welcome back Professor Lynette Mitchell who previously gave a very well received talk in May 2018 about “Cyrus and near Eastern Gardens”.

Lynette’s illustrated talk this time is entitled “Ancient Kingship. How to be an ancient King, how to become a King in the ancient world and how to hold onto Kingship”.

The talk begins promptly at 7.30pm, light refreshments will be available, and admission is £6.
