PETER Lord CBE, co-founder of Aardman Animations, will be visiting Crediton on June 14 to talk about his work at his Bristol Studios. This one-off event will be a rare opportunity for fans of his work to gain an insight into Aardman's amazing animation technique from the creator himself. From Morph, through Creature Comforts and Shaun the Sheep, to Chicken Run and Wallace and Gromit, Peter Lord has had a hand in shaping some of the most loved screen characters of recent times. During his talk he will explain their fascinating story, which started with two schoolboys working on the kitchen table and led to triumph at the Academy Awards in Hollywood.
