A SUPERB Afternoon Tea was held in the gardens of Elmfield House, Fordton, Crediton, by kind permission of  Ian and Trisha Gulley.

It was a wonderful afternoon, in lovely warm weather, with live music, a cake stall, books, bric-a-brac, and a very large raffle.

The event raised £1,704 for the charity FORCE, said Chairman of the Crediton Friends of FORCE, Di Pring.

She thanked everyone for both their help and support.  She added that if anyone would be kind enough to hold an event, eg coffee morning, afternoon tea or open garden, to please contact her on 01363 772215.

She added that their committee would be very happy to go along to help.
