MID Devon District Council (MDDC) has a handy anti-social behaviour (ASB) toolkit available on its website which can help you to understand the different sorts of ASB and the necessary steps to take when reporting it.

Issues such as bonfires and noise can be reported to MDDC online and via the “Noise App”.

Where the ASB you have experienced/witnessed is classified as a criminal offence, this should be reported to the police.

You should only telephone 999 in an emergency.
