CREDITON resident, Wayne Sibthorpe is the founder of Crazy4Soul, a fundraising venture set up early last year.
Although Wayne works full time and is also a tae kwondo coach, he still finds time to raise funds for charity.
Wayne and his partner, Dee Dee Shine, a soul singer, have entertained many audiences across the UK with a unique blend of original vinyl, for dancing and singing.
Wayne says:”We are dedicated to helping others and feel that including charities in our Northern Soul events makes it all worthwhile.
“We have many charities on our books and are willing to consider any charity that might need some help.
“Charities already benefiting from us have included Amigos and Butterflies for disabled children, also SEEDS against domestic violence.
“Get your dancing shoes on, age is no barrier as some of the original northern soul fans are well into their prime and still dancing!
“We will once again be hosting a charity event of dancing, music, raffles, singing and food at the White Ensign Club on South Street, Exeter, on February14, Valentine’s Day,
“This event is for the charity Butterflies which is in aid of sick, disabled or disadvantaged children who have suffered trauma or tragedy.
“Please support this event where all are welcome. Tickets are available at: www.crazy4soul.com .”
