A LAPFORD man was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries following a crash near Chulmleigh on Christmas Eve, December 24.

The collision only involved one car, a black Jeep Cherokee, and took place just after midnight at 0.13am on Hill Head Hill.

The 41-year-old man driving the car was taken to hospital by ambulance. His current condition is unknown.
