A LIVE professional wrestling show featuring some local wrestlers, will be held at the Heathcoat Social Club, Tiverton, on Saturday, March 31.

The event is being organised by the Devon Wrestling Association and it is scheduled to be their biggest and best wrestling show yet in Tiverton.

The main event match-up for the show will pit local tag team the Andrews brothers, from Black Dog, taking on London-based Pretty Marvellous for the Devon tag team championships in a ladder match.

One of those taking part, Joel Pettyfer, known in the wrestling world as Joel Redman, also from Black Dog, said: "It will be an action packed match-up and will be the first time a bout of this type has been seen in Devon."

Joel (25) added: "This is also going to be my final appearance in Tiverton (my home town) before I set off to Florida to embark on my career with the World Wrestling Entertainment (formerly World Wrestling Federation)."

Many others will also be taking to the ring.

Doors will open at 6.30pm and the show will begin at 7pm.
