AT the Southern Region Tae Kwondo Championships in Torbay recently, Year 8 Chulmleigh Community College pupil Joe Webber won the Gold Medal in the Boys’ Black Belt, Middleweight Sparring.

It is a fantastic achievement for Joe, who had to battle through three tough fights for this award.
