FOUR Crediton Rugby Club Under 15’s girls played their part in a 22-0 win for Devon Under 15’s girls on Sunday, November 19, in Camborne against Oxfordshire.

Devon opened their South West Counties’ campaign with a 36-12 win over Gloucestershire at the end of last month and have a 100 per cent winning streak so far, with only a game against Cornwall left to play on December 3.

There were great efforts from Caitlyn Yeandle, at 11, scoring on her debut, and Holly Yeandle and Holly Keast in the front row and Grace Eckford playing scrum-half.

The girls now have a nervous wait to see if they have done enough to secure a place in the squad for the remaining match.
