AS part of her ongoing fundraising for the England Deaf Rugby Union tour to South Africa, Sophie Lyon (20) is holding a Big Breakfast event at Crediton Rugby Club on Sunday, September 1 from 9.30am to 12 noon.

A full English breakfast will be available throughout the morning and there will also be a cake stall.

Sophie, who is partially deaf and studying at Exeter College to become a Sports Therapist, is a keen rugby player and besides playing rugby for Crediton Cougers Ladies team, also helps to train the Under 13’s girls.

She has been picked to go on the England Deaf Rugby Union (EDRU) Women’s Squad tour to South Africa in May 2020.
