CHERITON Fitzpaine Cricket Club has new shirts thanks to sponsorship from a local company.

Andrew Davis, proprietor, Ashgrove Kitchens, attended the recent game between Cheriton Fitzpaine and Babbacombe in the Devon Cricket League First Fifteen fixture.

Ashgrove Kitchens, which has its head office in Crediton on the Lords Meadow Industrial Estate, offer one of the most comprehensive ranges of furniture in the country, produced at keen prices, offering value for money.

Established in 1987 to supply the trade, it was local people who soon discovered their quality work, leading to the business needing a retail outlet.

The company is a member of the Kitchen Specialists Association which promotes professionalism and excellence in the trade and is also a corporate member of the Guild of Master Craftsmen, becoming renowned for the manufacture of fully-fitted kitchens, bedrooms and home studios.

Ben Coe, first team captain, thanked Mr Davis and Ashgrove Kitchens for the sponsorship and presented Mr Davis with one of the specially-made shirts.
