CREDITON United's first team has a new playing kit, thanks for sponsorship from a local firm.
Presented by Liam Clarke, of Liamsports, it replaced kit was four years old and showing signs of wear.
Liam, who lives at Primrose Way, Crediton, was both a footballer and an athlete in his younger days and is very much aware of the importance of fitness for a responsible sportsman.
He spends part of his working life in Exeter and the remainder in extending his personal training and sports and remedial massage customer base.
He has customer treatment facilities at his home and would be happy to help any sportsman who has a twinge that would benefit from treatment.
Liam explained: "Our busy working lives mean that many of us suffer from tension headaches, neck ache, back ache and poor posture.
"This is due to the increasing amount of hours we spend hunched over a desk or computer or driving as part of the working day.
"Stress and remedial massage can be a great way to loosen tight muscles and relieve tension, leaving you feeling more relaxed and comfortable."
Realising that some people find time to fit in treatment such as massage can be hard, Liam can visit places of work to offer a short 15 minute massage at a cost of £10 per person, providing a suitable room or office can be available to use.
Liam is a fully qualified sports and remedial massage therapist and is also qualified in ultra-sound therapy and acupuncture to deal with sports injuries.
He can be contacted by telephone on 07540 795 329 or email at [email protected]">[email protected] .
