AN individual stableford competition was played at Okehampton Golf Club on Saturday, December 3, where the winner of Division One was Gareth Holt with 38 points.

Alan Stokes was second with 37 points after countback from, in third, Gary Carey also with 37 points and Steve Rice took fourth place with 36 points.

Division Two was won by Martin Letchford with 39 points, Reg Wonnacott was second with 38 points, Byron Porter was third with 36 points and Alex Anderson was fourth with 36 points.

Tim Butler was the winner of Division Three with 38 points narrowly beating Gary Hogan on the back nine, Michael MacDonald was third with 37 points and Paul MacDonald was fourth with 36 points.

The ladies section played a Texas Scramble competition with drawn partners and the winners were Stacey Bale, Lin Atkinson and Janice Thwaites with 56.4.

Marcia Collet, Di Johnson and Val Dodsworth were second with 57.2 and Sue Stanbury, Mary Keir and Janice Stanistreet were third with 57.6.
