DESPITE the horrendous weather of late Okehampton Golf Club’s amazing Green Keepers still managed to have a full 18 holes open ready for competition on Saturday, December 21.

The format of the day was a three ball two to count stableford and the winners with an outstanding 90 points were Rob Green, Malcolm Hooper and Richard Prouse.

In second place was Jack Cornwall, Arnie Searle and Will Searle with 84 points followed into third place by Del Owen, Graham Moysey and Alan Stokes with 82 points achieving a better back nine than John Haley, Paul Douglas and Rod Jones who were then fourth place, also with 82 points.
