OKEHAMPTON Golf Club members competed in an Individual Medal Competition in glorious conditions on Saturday, September 14.

Winner of Division One was Norman Heslop with nett 62, in second place was Steve Robinson nett 67 and in third place was Rob Green nett 69.

Division Two winner was Matt Scott-Tucker with nett 63, in second place was Sam Evans nett 65 and in third place Alex Anderson with nett 69.

In Division Three the winner was Chris Ball with nett 64, in second place Steve Hill nett 65 and in third place Pete Grant with nett 68.

The Club’s Dartmoor League team had a thrilling and tense 4-1 win against Fingle Glen Golf Club, which sets them up nicely for their final fixture of the season at Honiton where they are looking to retain their League One title which they won in 2018.

The Dartmoor League squad is captained by Paul Prouse and Barry Down.
